Jon Harris's ideas seem exciting but I'm rather suspect. I love the idea that intelligence and moral behaviour are somehow linked. But Nazi Germany had the highest average IQ in Europe during WWII...

This is evil, Clockwork Orange stuff. I can't believe anyone would seriously advocate 'enhancing morality' even with a mandate from these so-called ethicists.
