Sophie Archer

Sophie Archer is a distinguished academic specializing in the philosophy of mind, psychology and epistemology. She holds a PhD from University College London and was The Robin Geffen Research Fellow and Tutor in Philosophy at the University of Oxford. She has published several academic works in the field of analytic philosophy, the most recent being: Why 'believes' is not a vague predicate and Defending Exclusivity.

Currently, she is a lecturer at the University of Cardiff teaching courses that converge on themes of irrationality, the history of philosophy and the nature of belief.
