Alex Taek-Gwang Lee is Professor of Philosophy and Cultural Studies, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, working on French and German philosophy and its non-Western reception, the philosophy of popular culture and art, and political philosophy. His English-language publications include Communism After Deleuze (2025), Made in Nowhere: Essays on the Asiatic Modes of Existence (2025), and Colors of the Concepts: Philosophers on Paintings (2025), alongside numerous works in Korean.
