Kajsa Ekis Ekman

Kajsa Ekis Ekman is a Swedish journalist, author and radical feminist activist known for her work on surrogacy, prostitution policy and gender identity. She first gained attention with Being and Being Bought, a critique of the sex trade and commercial surrogacy, and has been an outspoken critic of the legalisation of prostitution. 

In recent years, Ekman has continued to write and speak on feminism, the welfare state and identity politics, contributing to Swedish and international publications. Her most recent book On the Meaning of Sex traces the ideological roots of the new definition of woman.
