Rajan Menon
Rajan Menon is Professor Emeritus of International Relations at the City College of New York and Senior Research Scholar at the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies at Columbia University. He has held senior research positions at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and his commentary has appeared in Foreign Affairs, the Washington Post, Financial Times, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, among others. His books include The End of Alliances (Oxford University Press, 2007), The Conceit of Humanitarian Intervention (Oxford University Press, 2016), and the forthcoming Russia After Putin (Oxford University Press, forthcoming).
