Sharifa Sultana is Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a responsible AI and human-AI interaction (HAI) researcher, she works to co-develop AI with communities, including rural communities in Bangladesh and immigrants in North America. She is currently a member of the AI & Trust Working Group at the Schwartz Reisman Institute for Technology and Society, University of Toronto.
