Will Self
Will Self is an award-winning writer, political commentator and broadcaster. After graduating from Oxford University, Will worked as a cartoonist for the New Statesman to support his passion for writing fiction.
Throughout his career, he has written eleven novels as well as collections of short fiction, novellas and non-fiction works. In 2012, Will’s novel Umbrella was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize for Fiction and in the same year, he was appointed Professor of Contemporary Thought at Brunel University.
