Aviva Chomsky is a leading historian and activist and the Coordinator of Latin American, Latino and Caribbean Studies at Salem State University in Massachussets. She is the author of 10 books, including most recently Is Science Enough?: Forty Critical Questions About Climate Justice. Professor Chomsky's articles on immigration rights have appeared in The Nation and The Huffington Post, and she has delivered lectures worldwide on labor rights and immigration rights.
