David Cabrelli is a Professor of Labour Law at the University of Edinburgh who specialises in Labour, Company, Commercial and Private Law. His work has been cited in the UK Supreme Court, Federal Court of Australia and the Hong Kong High Court and also by the ILO, the Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission. He is also the author of several books including Employment Law: A Very Short Introduction and Employment Law in Context.
