Miriam Solomon
Miriam Solomon is Professor in the Philosophy Department at Temple University. She works in the areas of philosophy of science, philosophy of medicine, epistemology, feminist epistemology and philosophy of science, and medical ethics. She is the author of Social Empiricism (MIT Press, 2001) and Making Medical Knowledge (OUP, 2015) and co-editor (with Jeremy Simon and Harold Kincaid) of the Routledge Companion to Philosophy of Medicine (2017). Currently she is working on a book in the area of philosophy of psychiatry.
