Researcher and author of 'Understanding and Addressing Adult Sexual Attraction to Children' and 'Paedophiles in Society'

Dr Sarah D. Goode was, until 2013, the Director of the Research and Policy Centre for the Study of Wellbeing in Communities, at the University of Winchester, Hampshire, England.

Her research, the MAA (Minor-Attracted Adults) Daily Lives Project, was part-funded by the University of Winchester and by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is the author of Understanding and Addressing Adult Sexual Attraction to Children: A Study of Paedophiles in Contemporary Society (Routledge, 2009), and Paedophiles in Society: Reflecting on Sexuality, Abuse and Hope (Palgrave, 2011). She featured in the Channel 4 documentary The Paedophile Next Door (Testimony Films).
