Baroness Thangam Debonnaire is a Labour member of the House of Lords and former MP for Bristol West. She chairs Labour Women’s Network and is also a leading voice on cultural policy, as CEO of the UK Opera Association, co-chair of the Parthenon Project, and a board member of Sadler’s Wells.
