Tony Milligan

Senior Research in the Philosophy of Ethics with the Cosmological Visionaries project, based out of King’s College London. He is the author of Nobody Owns the Moon (2014), co-editor of The Ethics of Space Exploration (2016), and co-editor of the white paper Astrobiology and Society in Europe Today (2018).
