Sarah Demers

Groundbreaking particle physicist

Sarah Demers's recent work has focused on uncovering properties of the Higgs Boson with the ATLAS Collaboration at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider. Demers is also well known for her collaboration with professional dancer, writer, and director of the Yale Dance Studies Curriculum Emily Coates. Demers and Coates co-teach a Physics of Dance class together at Yale and are writing a coursebook under contract with Yale University Press.
